As we found out the other day when you install or upgrade to Norton 2009 it sometimes gets itself in such a twist it won't connect via wireless or hard wired. Then you have to try and download the "Removal Tool" which puts you back into a state where you can access the internet!

If you have more than one PC that is fine. Otherwise not, so my suggestion is download the removal tool FIRST.

I have also installed it on my system but mine is working quite well and I am happy with its performance.
