Ten years ago in October 1997, this site was published by Jo Morley. It was originally called Big Girls UK but she listened to the people who were asking 'What about men?'. Big People UK was born.....
Now with the re-launch and new look it is hoped more interaction will continue. The continued emphasis is still to raise awareness of the UK size acceptance movement and to educate the public on the subject. You too can be part of this growing and positive movement in the UK. No matter what you have to say about raising awareness your voice will be heard and acknowledged. BPUK looks forward to hearing from you and greatly receives your support.
